Reflective Technology: Full-Cube Prismatic
The core of Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting lies in its advanced Full-Cube Prismatic reflective technology, representing a breakthrough compared to traditional truncated cube or glass bead technologies. This technology removes non-reflective areas, achieving 100% active reflective area in theory with an actual maximum reflection efficiency of 58%—far higher than the 23% reflection efficiency of high-intensity reflective sheeting using glass bead technology.
Each square centimeter contains more than 930 micro-cube prismatic units arranged in a regular pattern to control light paths. The lower layer forms an air layer through sealing, utilizing light diffraction and total internal reflection to achieve superior reflective effects without metal reflective layers, ensuring bright visibility even at large incident and observation angles.
Adhesive Type: Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA)
Features high-quality Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive with strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance, and easy application. The solvent-free adhesive provides excellent bonding to various substrates including aluminum, metal, wood, plastic, and plywood, maintaining firm attachment without peeling, bubbling, or wrinkling in harsh outdoor environments.

Available in a wide range of high-visibility colors including White, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Brown, and Lime Green Yellow. Also provides fluorescent color options (fluorescent yellow, fluorescent yellow green, fluorescent orange) that absorb and convert light energy, making signs more vivid in low-light conditions. Fluorescent signs are detected an average of 53 meters earlier than non-fluorescent signs.
Operating Temperature Range
Optimal operating temperature is 18°C~28°C, where the pressure-sensitive adhesive provides best adhesion and the sheeting maintains good flexibility and ductility. The product exhibits excellent high and low temperature resistance in actual use, adapting to various climatic conditions worldwide.
